    Hi there,

    On the page I’ve listed, users fill out a survey using Contact Form 7. Upon hitting submit, they get an automatic email reply from me with a coupon code. I get the survey results they filled in emailed to me automatically as well.

    I’ve noticed two customers have used the coupon code, which they’d only be able to get by filling in the form, yet I haven’t had either survey email come through to me. I can’t see it being blocked in my CleanTalk dashboard, so I don’t know where they’ve gone?

    I’ve just tested the page with my own email and it’s coming through fine, so I can only presume the two submissions these users made have been blocked (however they still received the auto-reply from me with the coupon code??)

    Could someone look into this and whether it’s Clean Talk or not as I’m basically giving products away for free at the moment and not getting any survey results in – which negates what I’m trying to do.

    I’ve succesfully submited your form using e-mail [ [email protected] ].

    Did you receive survey e-mail?

    If yes, perhaps you mailing server blocked the e-mails of that customers.

    You can also check IPs and e-mails of your customers in your anti-spam logs:

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick response – yeah I received that! I’ve looked through the link you sent and I’ve found the two forms (plus a few others) – successfully approved by you, but I didn’t get the email coming through from Contact Form 7.

    I now know, this is probably not an issue with Clean Talk, but do you know why I wouldn’t get those emails, and how I can get a copy of them sent to me?

    I can send you the details of the ones I’ve found privately if you could let me know the correct email?

    I’m concerned there’s a lot of emails I may not have received now…

    As you have the requests from that users in your anti-spam log, we think that e-mails or IPs are blocked by your mailing server.

    We recommend you to contact your hosting provider and ask them to check IPs and e-mails of your missed users.

    Also, don’t forget to check trash folder in your mailing box.
