    Hello Jetpack-Team,

I’m using Jetpack (11.1.2) in a small multisite with PHP8.

When I try to edit a form or insert a new one with classic editor, I get the following error:

    TypeError thrown
usort(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, string given

The form is not usable or editable at all.

I rolled back to 11.0 and it works fine.

    Any ideas?

    Best, Daniel

    Hello there, Daniel.

When back on 11.1.2, would you be able to try disabling all other plugins except for Jetpack to see if the issue continues? If everything looks normal while doing so, then you can switch on each other plugin one by one until you see the problem happen again.

If you still see the issue even with all other plugins disabled, could you also try switching out your theme for a more minimalistic one (such as Twenty Twenty Two) to make sure this isn’t some sort of theme conflict?

Please let us know the results of the above troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!

    Hello @madhattersez

it seems to be a conflict with nextgen gallery and its editor button. When I disable the plugin I can edit the contactforms.

Please find here a screenshot of the error in the classic editor.

As I need both plugins, what can I do?

    Hi @dhoffmann

Thanks for going through that! I can see that this is a plugin conflict happening specifically with the NextGen Gallery plugin, so it’s worth testing with the Gutenberg Block Editor to see if you can use Jetpack Forms alongside NextGen Gallery. You may also want to check with NextGen Gallery if there’s a possibility to find a workaround; otherwise, you may want to look into an alternative plugin if you wish to stay on the Classic Editor.

    Best,
