• Hi there,

I have seen a website that has a contact form and when the user enters their question to ask the support, then a few suggestions to answers pop up that the user has to read before submitting their question.

Is there a way to integrate ultimate FAQ into the contact page so they are presented with the FAQ answer when typing in their message to the support team?

I find we are answering the same questions again and again and none of the users are even looking at our FAQ page, so even if I installed this plugin, how would I update the user flow to direct the customers through the FAQ / provide them with an answer without them having to contact us first?

Any other plugins or form builders that could work in conjunction with ultimate FAQ, or suggestions of re-ordering the website so the search bar is above the contact form ?

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @rastakroogs,

It sounds like you might be asking about a feature that’s included in the premium version of the plugin, integration with WP Forms to display FAQs relevant to the message being sent. If that’s the case, the WordPress forums are meant for questions related to the free version of the plugin. We’d be happy to answer any questions about the premium features via email or through our website.

If you’re talking about general design principles for lowering the number of messages you get, you could putting a shortened version of your FAQs (with maybe 5-6 of the most asked questions) above your contact form, so that hopefully more users come across the answer themselves rather than messaging you.
