Contact form Grouping option in dropdowns available?

Hi there! I need to design a contact form with two dropdown fields. The values of the second dropdown field must depend on the value of the first field.

So let’s say select “Car” in the first field, I have the options “black” or “blue” in the second dropdown.

If I choose “Bike” in the first, I have the options “Aluminium” and “Carbon” in the second dropdown.

Anyone have a clue how to get there? Thanks in advance!
