Contact Form Has no Drop Down in the Back-end

  • In the back end of my websites when I hover over “Contact” for the Contact form 7 plugin, nothing drops down.

    usually, the Contact area drops down to show “edit”, “database” etc.

    I have installed this on multiple sites before and its worked, now it’s not working on any of my sites that I’ve installed the newest version of Contact Form 7. i have even tried switching to wordpress’s native 2011 theme, and it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried a few different of my websites and it doesn’t work. It seems like it’s not a theme issue, nor a hosting issue.

    I think it is normal behavior. When the menu has only a submenu, it won’t show a drop down for submenus since it is not necessary.

    What’s NOT visible is the database (the “database” is a drop down from the tab “contact” on the ADMIN PANEl of WordPress). I can’t access any of my form submissions.
