Hi helpplease83. I checked out the link you provided but I’m a little confused by your question. I see “Order Date:” followed by a text box to the right. Did you resolve this issue already? If not, would you be able to respond back with a few more details?

I did resolve my issue.. there was problem it the problem was there as a textbox and the word order date..

Ok I do need some help..

Number of Hours (Estimate): ________ Total = (_____ x $15.00) + $_ = $_________ Hours Material Total Due

How do I put that like how that is but the blank lines are text fields? How do you write that out. .
