Contact form is not visible on visual editor

Hey there! I see some communication errors between Jetpack and your site. Could you try disconnecting and reconnecting the plugin again to see if that sorts it out? Once Jetpack is fully connected I can better check that out ??

Meanwhile, can you tell me what dashboard you’re using – the blue WordPress.com or the wp-admin? Can you please temporarily deactivate all your plugins and check if the problem gets fixes that way? If it works, then reactivate each plugin one-by-one to find out which one is causing problems.

Also i want to use jetpack comment system without gravater is it possible?

You can use another account – whether it’s a social media or an email address instead of your Gravatar. More info about setting it up can be found here: https://jetpack.com/support/comments/

I deleted some unused plugins and and its working now.

Hm. Usually Gravatar doesn’t give many speed issue, so I wonder if that problem could have been caused by something else. Can you try deactivating the user avatar plugin and check whether Gravatar gives you the same problem now? I’d like to investigate on that, if that’s the case. Gravatar shouldn’t give you such problems.

I checked your site speed, @tipsntrick, and it’s pretty good to be honest ??
The only elements slowing it down are related with your current theme and some Facebook extension, but as far as I’m concerned that’s nothing major.

My best advice in this case is to install a cache plugin if you don’t have any yet – Gravatar shouldn’t give you any troubles generally speaking ??

Again, if you have problems with Gravatar, the best way to sort them out is to write to the correct support channel, as that goes beyond the scope of the Jetpack forum ??
