Contact form is not working

    Hi there, hope you’re doing well. I just the contact form is not working on my website, I check it through the backend, and the contact form backend pages are not working properly looks like the layout of the pages is broken, I deactivated all the plugins and switch to WordPress default theme but nothing works. I’m attaching the screenshot here please check it. Thanks
