Contact form is not working anymore

1. What contact form are you using?
2. What is the address of your website?
3. Was the form working before, for sure?
4. What error is happening now?
5. Have you updated WordPress, any themes, or plugins since the last time the form worked?

3. Yes it was working perfect.
4. Try it out! Instead of the confirmation comes an error that the site is not found
5. I always update everything … looks like that is no good idea?

Hi Sascha,

I just tested this, and for me the form sent successfully.
Has this been resolved?

Just a note, always updating IS a good idea, but you should only update one thing at a time. For example, only update one plugin, then make sure the site is still working, then you can move on to update another plugin, and so on. If you update many things at once and then something stops working, it’s harder to figure out where the problem came from.

I just sent you an email. I think here is a misunderstanding. the contact form works if they want to leave me a note but if they want to write me a feedback on my feedback page (Customer feedback/Kundenfeedback) it does not work.

Question:
What company is your web host? I’m wondering if they have mod_security enabled and perhaps causing a problem.

The form is generating a 405 error code when trying to POST. This is a configuration issue your web host should be able to help with.
