Contact form is not working in my website

@arpitaagrawal – you need to give more detail on what particular issue you are seeing on your site. There are many different things that might go wrong depending on your site & form setup.

@loicakatcha12 – see I have the same problem! Can I just reply to someone else’s post with “Me too”?.

while I’m trying send message it is showing “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” this error.
I don’t know the reason. Please tell me how can I resolve this?

Is the error border color orange or red?

I am experiencing the same problem, with the same message and a border color in orange/red also.

I fixed my contact form to:

To: (my gmail account)
From: (my name) <[email protected]>

I don’t know what the issue was. Literally just changed the “from” from [email protected] to [email protected]. Contact Form is buggy. That shouldn’t have any effect on the message not sending but apparently it did.

@arpitaagrawal – please note the error border color will probably be either orange or red (each color shows very different issues). Not orange/red as @wjcampaigns suggests.

Sorry, mine was orange. Regardless, I didn’t make any substantial changes. I took the past hour and a half to set up a personalized cpanel email account in hopes I won’t run into more issues.

@arpitaagrawal it will be helpful if you share the form code and the mail message setup in detail.

Please note that the “from” address must be valid on the server.

If you are using an SMTP plugin, please make sure it works.
