Contact form – It does not send emails

The contact form module stopped working correctly. It was not sending and not saving the contact forms. Subsequently, we performed an update and resolved the saving issue.

I cannot include the link as it is a form with a professional mandate. The user filling out the form should receive an email with the PDF attached. Additionally, we should also receive the same email in CC. This is no longer happening.
