Contact form no longer works

  • Have used this plugin for years happily but, since the latest update the contact form no longer works despite a working email account. Noted issues with php and smtp do not seem to be relevant but still the mail will not send from the contact form on the website. Others seen to have issues but no formal response, instructions or patch to correct are available. Please can you provide instructions on how to resolve!

  • Hi, it sounds like you may have other issues. I’m using it on multiple sites without issues and regularly receive emails via my contact form from all of those with Contact Form 7.

    I do use a 3rd party email server however since I’m not using host-provided email. I don’t agree with giving it one star until without having properly isolated the source of the problem.
