    This form is for customers to contact the company, however, it is not being received.

    Sorry to hear that it’s not working out of the box for you. Let’s do a quick check to see if your server is capable of sending emails. Would you mind logging out of your WordPress dashboard and following Lost your password? link? Does password reset email arrive to your inbox or spam folder at all?

    Got it, @airxmarketing. It’s pretty easy to patch up!

    One option is contacting your web host to enable PHP mail() for you. The other, probably faster and more permanent, is installing this plugin. It can then be configured to send all emails through your SMTP server (like your custom mailbox, or Gmail etc.) instead.
