    The contact form is not displaying on my site. Please let me know what information you need in order to diagnose. Thank you!

    I managed to get it to show by tweaking some JS/HTML/CCS plugins. However, the form does not submit. Instead, it freezes at “Processing”. Is there something I need to do with SMPT?

    I’ve tested a form on your site and it does submit from my end. Is the issue still happening on your site, please let me know?
