Contact Form Not Mailing Text Message

Hi –

I set up my Contact Form 7 at https://allsaintsmke.org/easter-flowers-form/

When I use the form, this is what comes through to my email:

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

This e-mail was sent from a contact form on All Saints (https://allsaintsmke.org)

Does anyone have any suggestions? I have looked at the support and forum questions. Thank you for your time.
