Contact Form Not Sending

  • I have PayPal and reCAPTCHA on my contact forms (3 total forms) on 2 pages and one contact form with reCAPTCHA. When filled out and sent all of them say they sent the email message, but they don’t come to the email. The PayPal payment works and sends a confirmation email.

    What should I try?

    Also, when the email message has been sent message appears it does not have a green box around it. I have read that it should.

    Try switching to the default theme.

    What do you mean “default theme”. The theme I use for my site? That will change the whole look of the site, and I don’t want that changed. Do you mean something else?

    I tried other themes. Several didn’t work but other themes did work. I tried to deactivate my plugins but the contact form still didn’t work. I am using the Hueman Theme. The contact form use to work, but quit working with one of the recent updates. Any suggestions because I like the Contact Form 7 and have it in several websites and would like to continue using it.

    Any suggestions?
