Contact form not sending anymore

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

We use Enfold Theme and quite a few other plugins:
360 Panoramic Viewer
3D Flipbook
404 to 301
Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7
Short URL
Statify
Theia Sticky Sidebar
Yoast SEO

But i have already tried deactivating the other plugins and still the same behavior…

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Yoast SEO.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Have already done that. No changes, still the same error…

Thank you. I have installed Flamingo, but sadly nothing is getting tracked, when i try to send the form. The orange border appears, but nothing alse happens…

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to let you know, that i found the reason! This is a rather big contactform and so it wasn’t obvious. I went through the code and found a commented out html-part that somehow seems to have caused this error. After removing the <!– –> tags everythings working again!
