Contact form not sending e-mail

  • When I try and send an e-mail via my main page on my site it just displays “message sending” but does not actually send the message.

    How do I resolve this?

    I have set up WP Mail SMTP correctly and the test mail is working to the e-mail address I have assigned, but the contact forum is not sending any messages to that email address. I used spectra and Qubely plugins and Ocean WP theme.

  • Using WP SMTP Mail is already a good way. I would recommend you turn to their support forum, as the email runs through their plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wp-mail-smtp/

    With all due respect, your reply kind of irritates me. It’s not a good look. I installed Oceanwp a few days ago and have spent hours trying to get verification and password emails – not to mention spending money on WP SMTP Mail and SendLayer. No heads up from you guys going in. And, BTW, with all that, I’m still not receiving the emails. I guess I’ll head to the other forum.
