Contact Form not sending e-mails
-
We are having people sign up for a conference through our contact form on our website, and we just had twenty or so people ask if they were registered, and we didn’t receive a SINGLE e-mail. We’ve checked the site, and if I (while I am logged in to WordPress) “sign up” for the conference, the e-mail gets sent to me; however, when someone else gets on and uses the contact form, the message is only showing up on the “Feedback” page.
This is a HUGE problem for us – we have no idea how many people we missed and if we are going to be able to recover them all only through the “Feedback” page. What if some of them aren’t there at all? The biggest part of the problem is that, as we discovered while walking someone through it over the phone – they still receive the “Message Sent” dialogue after sending the message! In other words – WordPress is telling us that it sent an e-mail to me, when in fact it DIDN’T! (This also proves that there is no “user error”.)
Please help me and fix this fast! I don’t want to lose any more registrations!
