Contact Form Not Sending Emails

    We have a ‘Get a Quote Now’ button on our Home page that opens up a mini contact form right on that page. This is separate from the contact form on our Contact Us page and it is not listed in the ‘Contact’ section on our back end like the form on our contact Us page is. For some reason, the contact form on our Home page recently stopped working, and does not send us any of the emails sent through this form. Has anyone else experienced something like this or know how to go about troubleshooting and fixing the problem? We have not touched the Home page at all since it does not even show up in our ‘Pages’ section on the back end and we don’t know how to access this page for editing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Our website is https://www.dbsi.net.

    Sounds like its implemented as part of your theme rather than through Contact Form 7 like the form on Contact Us page.

    We had to remove it because we couldn’t find a quick fix and didn’t want to lose any requests. Sorry

    Yes I believe it was part of a theme and I have no idea how long it hasn’t been working for.

    Frustrated

    If the contact form is implemented by the theme, the theme developer would be the person to contact to resolve this problem.
