    Hi Mark,

    This might be due to Big Contact javascript not loading in the footer.
    Make sure your theme is using wp_footer function in the footer, otherwise contact form is directing you directly to a page that supposed to be call via ajax.

    Also, you might check to see if any javascript error is in the console log, or preventing the contact form js from loading properly.

    Hello Norik.

    Your suggestions weren’t correct. But I worked out a few weeks back, that when the update was installed, it erased my settings – in particular the email address to which contact messages should be sent.

    Re-entering my settings fixed the problem. But I shouldn’t have to do that.

    I have today installed the latest update to Big Contact, and I found that it has done the same thing – with a variation. Re-entering the destination email address in Big Contact settings, allows the message to be sent, BUT, at the website I get a very unprofessional blank screen come up with a little message in the top left corner saying,

    {“0″:”Message Successfully delivered”,”status”:”success”}

    What I should get is my contact page with a note reporting successful delivery of message.

    Can you fix this please?

    Thank you.

    MG.
