I see the “I’m not a robot” box, this is an option from reCATPCHA v2, but your site appears to be loading reCAPTCHA v3.

Are you using an extension plugin to use reCATPCHA v2 with CF7 instead of the built-in reCAPTCHA v3 integration? If so, try to create new keys for reCAPTCHA v2. Please also check if another plugin is loading reCATPCHA v3 to disable it in order to avoid conflicts.
