Contact Form not sending Feedback or Email

Another note:

When submitted the form never produces the “Message Sent” notification. It loads the #contact-form page/link when the form is submitted, but it just shows the form again, with the info still in it.

I have also toggled on/off all of the “required” info, FWIW.

Could you let me know if the messages appear under the “Feedbacks” menu in your dashboard?
If they do, could you check if the messages are marked as Spam?

I just tested the form on your site, and could see the problem after submitting the form.

We’ll have a look at this problem in more detail, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we find a solution.

In the meantime, could you try to switch to a different theme, and see if that helps?

Have you found a solution to this problem? I have the same issue and can not resolve it.

I can’t send any message from the jetpack contact form. I try, but I don’t receive the comment in my email box and feedback section. I think it does not send it at all, as I don’t receive any confirmation that the message has been sent.

Any ideas what is the problem?

@tkoleva Could you try to deactivate all other plugins on your site, one at a time, and let me know if your find a conflicting plugin?

I have only Akismet and Jetpack installed.
I had already deactivated Akismet, but nothing changed.

@tkoleva Thanks for the extra details. Could you try to switch to another theme for a few minutes, and see if the problem remains?

Jeremy, is there something special to do in order to switch the theme safely?

I mean, will it save all my customizations, so that when I switch it back later it will be the same as before?

Is there some special instructions to follow and preventions or I just change the theme from the Appearance menu?

I’m a novice so I’ll appreciate your help.

I’m not familiar with the Thesis theme, so I’m not sure if your theme options are deleted when switching to a different theme.
It might be worth taking note of the changes you made to your theme options before to make the switch, just to be sure.

I switched to twenty eleven theme and it worked. However, when I switch back to Thesis theme I have the same problem.

Is there a way to make it work on Thesis?

Could you contact the Thesis support team, and ask them if they know of any incompatibilities between Jetpack and Thesis? They might know of a work around for this problem.
