Contact Form not sending the value in email

Hi i have mutiple fields like(checkboxs and dropdown and text fields), when i entered the values in in the form and submit that that showing message sent successfully, When I checked my mail, here i got my mail on my id but there is no data according to the fields, simply mail is empty.
