Contact form not submitting

Hi, I am having a challenge with my contact form, after clicking the submit button it shows the error “There is an error trying to send your form please try again later” and on the submissions from the panel i can see the submission but it does not deliver to the email, kindly advice what the issue could be and how to resolve it.
