Contact form not submitting in Microsoft Edge

    We have a contact form on a client’s website that’s been working fine until today. In Chrome, it submits okay, but in Microsoft Edge, it just shows the spinning circle and never submits.

    Is this a known issue and something that can be fixed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as the client wants this fixed urgently.
