Contact form not working!

  • PLEASE HELP.

    I am really new to wordpress and web design.

    I have installed a contact form on my website outside of my blog. I did not know at the
    time that it was a wordpress contact form but i only want it on this page. My problem is that I have not process .PHP file to process the form. I want to run this outside of my blog.

    Is there any way of resolving this? thanks very much for your help.
