Contact Form Not Working

I have installed “WP Forms” on my website aim4slam.com and created a custom form to receive feedbacks and update requests from my readers. Everything is going fine unless the submit button is pressed. The form says message sent successfully but in reality, the message is never reaching my inbox. What could be the reason?
