Contact form not working

Hi all, I’m new to wordpress and have been building a personal site with astra theme and a Spectra template from Starter templates. I have a contact form at the link above and it states ‘There has been some error while submitting the form. Please verify all form fields again.’

I have the settings configured in the page editor and don’t see where the issue might be. Perhaps there is a plugin I need to run alongside it, as I’m not sure where the template built the form from. Maybe I’ve just not configured the contact form correctly. I like the style of the form and would like to keep the form ideally.
