[Plugin Contact Form 7] shortcode not working

  • You are posting that into a post or page content, correct.

    Also don’t put any <code></code> tags around that shortcode.

    I am putting it into a DIV. It will be a contact form in the front page. I did not place any code tags around it, I just copied and pasted what you saw and thats what came up.

    Any idea?

    If you are using that in a template I don’t think it will work…must be in the actual post/page content.

    I’m having the exact same problem. I copied the short code and pasted it into the page content area and it just displays the short code.

    Same problem with all my short codes… it’s the template I bought. The short codes only work if I put < code > around them. Any thoughts? It causes many of the plugins not to work.

    Are you pasting it into the visual editor or the html?
