contact form not working

  • hi
    i am using contact form for bookings and having a problem
    when i remove subject codes from form it does’nt works
    i dont need subject section on my booking form
    like this <p>Subject
    [text your-subject] </p>
    when i remove this from form it does not send any mail
    when i add this its works fine.
    any idea
