Contact form not working

  • I have a contact form on my website that won’t work. I have tried using multiple contact plugins as well as different emails (Emails I’ve tested and KNOW they are working). The site says the message was sent but it never makes it to my inbox.

    Is this related to the Give plugin? Because it got posted to us, but I don’t seen anything relevant in particular. The support forums got a major overhaul yesterday so it’s possible this is also just a mix-up, but let me know what support you’re looking for and a moderator can get your thread moved to the right place.     This is not about the Give plugin.
    I’m just looking for some support and getting those contact us inquires to make it to my inbox.

    Do any emails from your site work? If not, it could be that your host has the PHP mail feature turned off to reduce spam. Some hosts will turn it on by request, some (like mine) will not. The plugin WP Mail SMTP solved this for me.

    The only emails I get from wordpress were submissions through my contact forum. I USED to receive these but now it has stopped all together. I tried to download the Gmail SMTP plug in but this has made it worse. When I submit a inquiry through the contact us forum, the boxes grey up and freeze the page. I have to force quit everything. I’ll try the WP Mail SMTP plugin.

    Actually, the solution only lasted a day. I downloaded the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin and I get the following error message now:

    2016-09-08 19:42:03 SERVER -> CLIENT: 550 User cannot send email from scripts
    2016-09-08 19:42:03 CLIENT -> SERVER: EHLO omniemsbilling.com
    2016-09-08 19:42:03 SMTP -> get_lines(): $data is “”
    2016-09-08 19:42:03 SMTP -> get_lines(): $str is “”
    2016-09-08 19:42:03 SERVER -> CLIENT:
    2016-09-08 19:42:03 SMTP ERROR: EHLO command failed:
