Contact Form not working

    Using the latest version of Jetpack and the customized Contact Form stopped working. And it shows part of the code below the default Contact Form which is displayed. And it now emails the Admin email rather the emails specified.

    The custom form is:

    I deactivated the Contact Form in Jetpack and reenabled it and no change. I also disconnected Jetpack and reconnected Jetpack with no change.

    Any ideas?

    All seems to be well now (!?). Case is resolved.
