Contact Form not working after plugin update

Hi,

Sorry if this is a repost. I’ve searched the forum and everyone has a different error than mine.

Yesterday the form was working perfectly, today I’ve updated the Contact Form 7 plugin to version 1.7.6 and it stopped working.

All I see now on contact page is the code:
[contact-form-7 id=”1234″ title=”Contact form 1″]
The form doesn’t show anymore.

How can I solve this?
