Contact form not working – blue spooling wheel

    Hi sharing this here – but I also have a ticket #3227753 but looking for urgent assistance.
    I have updated my footer contact form (it was simply updating the font and layout) but no the form doesn’t work – It is constantly spooling.

    I have the Kadence theme
    It was working previously
