    Hello everyone,

I am settng up a blog where I need to have a few contact forms, while everything works for me and other people that tested it at home, unfortunately it doesn’t work at my University’s network and I was wondering if anyone encountered a similar problem, of course I am going to contact the It department at my Uni but I was wondering if anyone knows something.

There are two forms currently one is a simple default contact form and the other one is a multi-step contact form, both of these fail when the button submit or next is pressed and I get the “Thank you for your message, It has been send” message.

I should also note that this message is not surrounded by the normal classic green box but it’s just grey text displayed on the top side of the form.

Any help would be great, thanks in advance!

Where can we see the website?

Apologies , I didn’t include it, the site is https://nonreligiousidentities.com/ and the forms are used in the register and contact pages.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

Hello apparently it seems to be solved. I used an SMTP mail plugin because i was sending mails with php mail so I guess it was blocked from the network but it also resulted in the contact forms mails going to junk/spam folders. Not sure why it blocked the multistep form since it doesn’t send an email from the first step but all is well now!

Thanks a lot for the interest and the replies!
