Contact form not working on Mobile

    Hi,

    My Contact form works perfectly under desktop version and a test form was able to receive at the admin end.

    However, it does not work on Mobile!
    I keyed in in all the required fields and when click on ‘Submit’, it stated “Enter your name: field is required”

    I am 100% sure the required field is entered and have done this a dozen times, it always appears the same error message. No issue with Desktop!!

    Der abc_I,

    It is due to technology you use to display the form and not the Form Maker. It is not working properly on mobile devices (the touch for displaying the form) making the captcha not visible and does not recognize the typed text at all. You can see it in the way if fills data in italic and lighter color, which should not be the case.

    Hi,

    I am confuse.

    The touch for displaying the form is only applicable to Desktop, while Mobile is direct form straight from the oven, no additional tech is being used.

    Please advise what’s the next course of action in getting the form builder to be working with the Mobile.

    Hi,

    For your info, I have 2 different version of pages for Desktop and Mobile.

    For Desktop version, there is a touch for displaying the form applied, and strange thing is, it works with NO issues.

    While for Mobile version, there is no additional touch for displaying the form, it is just a plain vanilla form displaying, or i should say with only a plain “Contact form builder” shortcode is being used. I believe there is a problem with “Contact Form Builder” on any MOBILE devices. I’ve tried most of the MOBILE devices such as iPad, iPhone6, Samsung Galaxy 5 and 6, LG Tablet, they are all having the same issues.

    Dear abc_I,

    Contact Form Builder works fine on mobile devices. You can check it out with our demo, thus it is not anyhow related to Contact Form Builder. Mobile version has Javascript error/the italic letters are indication for that/ thus you need to check out why Javascript is not working for your mobile version of the site.
