Contact form not worlking

It always gives an error message when you hit the submit button.

What does the error message say?

I have the same problem. Just says: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

It did work before, just stopped working

I also have this problem and have reported it without response. I’m guessing you have v3 recaptcha installed? When you turn it off, it submits but fails when turned on.

This is correct, the error is “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” It was working until we installed the v3 recaptcha. This needs to be resolved

This FAQ does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. It is obvious that you have some kind of incompatibility with ReCaptcha V3. This needs to be fixed as the form works just fine when that integration is removed. So stop beating around the bush and fix your product.

I HAVE NOW UNINSTALLED RECAPCHA AND STILL GET THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE. THE FAQ SAYS IF AN ERROR MESSAGE IS IN AN ORANGE BLOCK IT’S BECAUSE IT’S SUSPECTED SPAM??? CAN THE AUTHOR PLEASE ADVISE OTHER THAN REPOSTING THE FAQ
