    Hello, how does the Constant Contact Contact Form notify the account owner of a new Contact Form submission. I submitted a Form last night and the account owner has not received the notification of the Form submission, the Newsletter signup is working, but the Contact Form, not sure. How does owner get notified? Thanks!!

    The plugin here, unless explicitly set to not notify the WordPress site owner via email, should be emailing the site owner whenever a new submission is made. It uses the “admin_email” address from the General settings by default. We don’t have a UI way to customize the email address destination at the moment, but we do want to get one in place in a future version.

    If you or the site owner are not receiving emails despite the setting to disable them not being set, then something may be going on with the server and it’s not succeeding in the sending, despite attempts to.

    No thank you, we switched out the Contact Form
