Contact Form on multiple URL’s

    Hi Team,

    We have installed the UPIcrm for contact form submissions and it’s working ok but in the Lead Management Leads table, we need to find the source/URL that the submitted form query has come from. i.e. we have the same form on Multiple listings and need to know which query refers to which listing.

  • Hello there,

    There is an option.

    In the Lead Management tab there is a dropdown menu that lets you add fields. There are two that might work for you.

    Refer

    Received from

    Or

    Remote Server Domain

    Check those and see if that gives you the info.
