Contact Form Outgoing Email Sender Rejected

  • I am having problems with the outgoing e-mail address sender. I need to use an e-mail address from @neustelsoftware.com which are valid addresses and they run off the same host as @neustel.com. I can get the @neustel.com, @hotmail.com, and @gmail.com to all work but I am getting the Red Box Error message when trying to send from any of my @neustelsoftware.com addresses.

    Any help to as why this issue would be occuring would be great.

  • Emails from both @hotmail.com and @gmail.com confirms that mail is operating from your WordPress install.

    WIth neustel.com and neustelsoftware.com running off the same host and @neustel.com working and @neustelsoftware.com not, I’d start by checking your mail setup for neustelsoftware.com. You may need to discuss this with your hosting provider.
