contact form “pasted” to a page

    thank you for your feed-back and the file. I managed to rewrite the existing one and the problem disappeared.

    I would like ask you some more questions.

    I would like to add a Contact page like this: https://www.shoutmeloud.com/contact-us

    For that, should I use 1) Knews + Gravity Forms Glue or 2) Knews + Contact Form 7 Glue?
    Please note that I have a Pro version and already a newsletter.

    One more question:
    I would like to add it to my footer menu at the bottom – how do I add a form like this https://www.shoutmeloud.com/contact-us to a page?
