• When someone fills in the contactc form, it goes to my gmail.
    When the next contact fills in the form, it goes in as a GROUP to the other previous contact form response in my gmail like a conversation view. I NEED THEM TO BE INDIVIDUAL responses so that I can respon individually.

    In order to receive the notifications as individual responses, please make sure the Conversation View is set to Off in your Email settings.

    I turned off conversation view gmail and it still happens.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

    Please go to Settings -> Notifications -> Form Owner Options -> Email Header and Content and make sure you select the Email field you have on the form in the “Reply-to Email” dropdown.

    Afterwards, from the same section, activate the “Reference ID” option: https://www.captainform.com/docs/what-is-the-reference-id

    As long as the Reference ID is enabled, a separate email notification will be sent each time.
