    Hi,

    To solve your problem, please complete the following: on SMTP by BestWebSoft plugin settings page, in “Send A Test Email” tab please send a test email, having checked ‘Display log’ checkbox. In case the sending is unsuccessful, please log out the rest of google accounts and try providing the access to your Gmail account. To do so, please follow the link – https://accounts.google.com/DisplayUnlockCaptcha, and click ‘Continue’ (for more data on providing the access, please follow this link – https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78754?hl=en). Also please try to follow this link https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps and choose ‘Enable’ point.
    Having provided the access to Gmail account, please try sending the test email again, having checked ‘Display log’ checkbox. In case the sending is unsuccessful again, please provide sending log (the text that is displayed on the screen after test message sending).
    In case the sending is successful, please make sure that you have selected wp-mail in ‘Additional settings’ tab in Contact Form => ‘What to use?’ settings. If it isn’t, please select it and save the changes. Please try submitting the contact form.
