Contact form subject line from drop down?

I am currently using the contact form for a client who offers courses. While I have an extra drop down field set up for users to choose a course (specifying what they are writing about), it would be of great value for said “choice” to show up in my client’s email subject line. Any way to have the drop down choice display in the subject line of the email notification?
