Contact form Subject shows symbols

    Hi I have a japanese site.

    The dropdown in the page also appear in the email subject.
    Currently, all the form fields are in Japanese.

    I’ve tested the forms, all are okay until client sent an email with all the fields intact except for the dropdown that shows ???????

    I’ve tested again and it works, so I don’t know how this error came by.

    Can someone please enlighten me? Thanks.
