Contact Form Template not Found

The contact form template seems to have just vanished from the list of options available when setting up a page. It was present earlier, so I was wondering whether I did something unintentionally that made it go away. I disabled all plugins (expect the woocommerce plugin), but the option still doesn’t present itself.
