Contact Form using Comment system?

  • Does anyone know of a contact form plugin (for readers to send feedback, questions, etc.) that uses the underlying WP comment system?

    The contact form plugins I have seen add their own forms to a page which allow a reader to send an email to the blog admin. Why not just use the standard comment form?

    Obviously, the comments would have to never be displayed in the front end, but they could easily be managed in the back end using the comment admin panels.
