Contact Form with Images upload (up to 6), checkbox for t&cs and paypal link

Hi I need to make a contact form for my website where people can enter their information to advertise their products.
I need to be able to add in several fields for contact details, their websites and information about their products ( just general typing fields)
But I also need to have image upload if possible ( their logo and up to 5 other images) , a checkbox to agree to terms and conditions ( i can just put a hyperlink in to open the t & c’s in another page for them to read) and also a link and the end which redirects them to paypal to pay the fee for the service.( set amount)

Is this something possible with plugins? I currently have Contact Form 7 installed, but am happy to try others.

Really appreciate any help. Also I am a complete novice ( have done ok so far fudging my way through but I am happy to admit I need you to dumb it down for me please. Cheers!)
