Contact form with “Layered Popups” plugin

    Hello,

    On this website, the contact form is built with a plugin named “Layered Popups”. But your WP plugin doesn’t detect this form and I’m not sure if it will filter spammers. What can we do to make this form visible to CleanTalk?

    Thank you for your request.

    1. Please, make sure that you are using correct acess key in plugin settings.

    You can find the access key in your Anti-Spam Dashboard:
    https://cleantalk.org/my

    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> “Show the access key” line —> delete everything in the field and paste your access key —> Save Changes.

    2. Make sure, that the option “Contact forms” is enabled in plugin settings.

    We, in turn, will test “Layered Popups” plugin and make direct integration if it’s necessary.
